MBA Majors
The Online MBA at RKC is a generalist programme that provides professionals with the education they will need in challenging and demanding positions. It aims to produce qualified professionals equipped with the full range of skills needed to lead successful businesses in a global environment characterised by constant change.
The overall design aims of the Online MBA programme are to:
- Provide an underpinning of both the knowledge and skills needed by senior managers at the strategic management level so that students can contribute to and improve the achievement of their organisation's strategic objectives;
- Provide an analytical and multi-perspective framework, to enable students to recognise, identify and evaluate key management issues which critically impact on organisational performance and strategic direction;
- Enhance the student's ability to integrate into the strategic thinking, direction setting, planning and operation of the organisation;
- Develop the students' ability to analyse management issues of relevance to their work by undertaking a piece of research which culminates in the completion of a dissertation;
- Provide an opportunity for participants to make a contribution to the body of knowledge and understanding in the area of strategic management;
- Encourage holistic thinking within the areas of Management and Business.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of the programme, students should be able to demonstrate:

- An understanding of the context within which strategic activity occurs and its role in achieving organisational objectives;
