The Tax Law Program has been specifically designed to meet the needs of lawyers and non-lawyers who wish to increase their skills and competencies in international taxation. The course provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of international tax and thus assisting tax advisers to better serve the needs of their internationally active clients.

The emphasis of the course is on a practical approach to business transactions coupled with theoretical understanding. Students are expected to contribute to the sessions by completing and discussing assigned readings and problems. The diversity of experiences and interactions among participants forms an important part of this intercultural learning experience.
